Class: Natural Movement, Ages 3-5

Saturdays starting Feb 4

 Ages 3-5: 1:00 – 2:30 pm 

Ages 6-9: 3:00 – 4:30 pm  

This class offers integrative dance together with science and creative education. Creative movement provides a fun, safe introduction to dance and imagination.  Exploring multiple themes, students will practice repetition of basic steps, rhythm, strength, motor skills, body awareness and social learning, all while exploring their relationship to earth, nature, space, elements and more.  

About the artist: Clare Casey is a multi-disciplinary artist and educator who is inspired by the diversity of life on earth. Her work in performance and education explores mindfulness and biomimicry as a way to nurture resilient communities where creativity thrives.
